Striped Citrus

Spring time is almost here and I think some bright colors are needed! This new one, Striped Citrus, will look great with some of the others already available.

More spring colors to come very soon! Thanks for all your support!!

Adoption Timeline

10/28/13: New date for Finder interview (21st was cancelled)
10/21/13: Embassy interview with Finder
9/4/13: Submitted to Embassy!
8/13/13: Flew home from Ethiopia
8/12/13: Court! WE HAVE A SON!!!
8/8/13: Flew to Ethiopia
8/5/13: Received call from Lesley that our court date was scheduled for one week later!
7/26/13: Mailed out updated home study to immigration.
7/23/13: Found out preliminary hearing is scheduled for 7-31-13.
7/13/13: Social worker visit to update home study.
7/2/13: RECEIVED OUR REFERRAL!!
7/1/13: Moved to #10!!!!!
6/21/13: Had fingerprints redone due to expiration of previous ones.
5/31/13: Moved to #17.
5/12/13: Realize our fingerprints will have to be reprocessed by July, and that several of our notarizations have expired.
5/1/13: We moved to #19.
4/1/13: We moved 2 places to #22.
3/1/13: Stayed at #24.
2/1/13: Three spots to #24!
1/1/13: Lots of movement again; now at #27!
11/28/12: Moved 8 places!! Now at #32!
11/1/12: Movement! We are at #40!
9/28/12: No movement. We stay at #44.
8/31/12: #44! Six Places!
8/1/12: Moved to #50 on the list.
7/2/12: We receive our official number of where we are on the Wait List. #53!
6/8/12: Received email that our paperwork arrived in Ethiopia! Our referral number is determined by the date it arrives in country.
6/6/12: Adoption Fully Funded!! Thank You, Lord!
6/6/12: Received email that our paperwork was on it's way to Ethiopia
5/17/12: Received letter with our case number and notice of Visa petition being forwarded to US Embassy in Addis Ababa
5/4/12: Made last payment to Lifeline; Dossier being mailed to West Sands
5/3/12: Received Approval from Immigration
4/26/12: Mailed Dossier paperwork to Lifeline
4/26/12: Fingerprint appointment at Immigration
4/2/12: Mailed off I-600a to Immigration
3/28/12: Received completed, official, signed, notarized Home Study in the mail!
2/24/12: Mailed off last of home study paperwork!
2/2/12: Added bracelet information to blog to start fundraising
1/22/12: First Home Study visit
1/20/12: Phone Orientation Interview with Brittney
1/12/12: Mailed paperwork to start the Home Study process. First payment made.
1/3/12: Sent in initial agency application to Lifeline
1/1/12: Decide to adopt from Ethiopia
December 2011: Decide to adopt through an agency
October 2011: Decide to adopt
Spring 2011: Adoption thoughts began
